    We’ve been vegetarians for two years now. At first I thought it would be real hard, but well, I guess that was the big surprise…and how much better I feel—lighter and healthier. Oh, sure, every once in a while I’ll get a hankerin’ for a burger, but I just think back to the months of pain and recovery, and that cravin’ goes by real quick.
