    Довольно неплохой и в меру детализированный обзор профессии технического писателя и её особенностей. В книге можно найти немало полезных советов, которые пригодятся для работы с текстом в принципе, необязательно с техническим. Книга слегка устарела в части информации об интернете и технических особенностях ПК, впрочем, этого можно было ожидать - прогресс не стоит на месте). Ну и раздел, посвящённый грамматике, не подходит русскому читателю: в английском языке правила пунктуации отличаются от тех, что приняты в русском. Тем не менее, книга интересно и понятно написана, не без доли изящества даже. И может быть полезна вдумчивому и желающему овладеть искусством хорошего письма начинающему профессионалу.
