    2 pounds of chicken thighs, boneless, skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 cup of onion, chopped
    6 tablespoons of soy sauce
    5 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of vinegar
    2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
    1 tablespoon of crushed ginger
    1 tablespoon of red pepper paste
    1 tablespoon of oil
    1 teaspoon of hot sauce
    1 teaspoon of crushed garlic

    Korean Sticky Chicken

    Super yummy and absolutely wonderful.

    Servings: 2-3
    1 pound of chicken breast, boneless, skinless and sliced into large chunks
    2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    2 tablespoons of honey
    1 tablespoon of vegetable or grape seed oil
    1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
    2 scallion stalks, chopped finely
