Meget interessant bog. Men mange gode pointer og måder at tænke madkultur i hjemmet. Dog er der nogle paradokser i bogen hvor forfatterne siger 2 modsigelse ting OG der mangler teknikker til opstart af søde sager og jeg er skeptisk over noget af teknikken trods afprøvning. Men god til inspiration.
