    Listen to them. Speak honestly to them. If their mood is rude to you, calm down first. Sit with them. Ask why they feel like they do. Tell them it’s ok to have down days. Or to have days where being happy, then sad, then emotional and not knowing why is probably due to hormone changes and at the same time trouble with friends going through similar.
