Marva Bailer is an American storyteller, connector, and positive motivator. She is the author of Be Unexpected (2022), a guide to energizing routine and mundane office meetings.

Marva Bailer holds degrees from the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. She is a board member of the non-profit organization Women in Technology and an advisory board member of tech startup Strike Ready. The Technology Association of Georgia recognized her as Leader of the Year for Large Enterprise.

As a breast cancer survivor, mom, and tech executive, Marva Bailer uses her personal and career experiences to motivate and educate others.

Marva is the mother of two adult children. She resides in Charleston, South Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia, with Don, her husband of 30 years.
