Mo Smith

Mo Smith has been passionate about food since she was a young girl, when she used to help out in her father’s grocery shop during the food rationing of the Second World War. Her philosophy has always been to promote fresh, seasonal ingredients and create healthy meals at speed. As well as cooking, she enjoys gardening, choral singing, public speaking and dress-making. She lives in a village in the Cotswolds, where she cares for her husband.
