Monica Lofstrom developed her career across writing, visual art, and editorial work. Her projects combine storytelling with visual design and personal reflection. She has written fiction, poetry, interviews, and editorial features. Her work often explores love, spirituality, memory, and self-discovery.
Alongside her literary work, Lofstrom became Editor-in-Chief and Global Editorial Director of EGW Luxury Magazine. She helped build the publication into an international platform read in 65 countries. Through the magazine, she interviewed more than 500 public figures, including artists, inventors, and members of royalty. Her editorial work focused on creativity, culture, and personal insight.

Pieces from the collection appeared in advertising campaigns, print publications, and gallery spaces. Her visual work reflects themes also present in her writing.
As a writer, Lofstrom combines poetic language with introspective themes. Her books examine emotional recovery, inner strength, and personal growth. Nature and spirituality often shape the atmosphere of her prose.
Her book, The Breath Before Becoming (2025), continues themes introduced in her debut, Untethered Light. The book is written as a reflective and lyrical journey centred on healing and transformation. It follows movement from uncertainty toward emotional renewal. Love is presented as a guiding force throughout the narrative.
