Krista Bremer is an American author and the associate publisher of The Sun magazine. She is the recipient of a Pushcart Prize, a Rona Jaffe Foundation Writer’s Award, and a North Carolina Arts Council fellowship. Her essays have appeared in O: The Oprah Magazine, More, The Sun, and elsewhere. She’s been featured on NPR and in the PBS series Arab American Stories.She lives in North Carolina with her husband Ismail and their two children
