Will Lukang is an American leadership author, executive coach, and technology executive working in leadership and organisational development. He is best known for the book Seeds of Leadership (2024), which outlines a servant leadership framework.
Will Lukang studied management and organisational studies at the University of Santo Tomas. He later completed a master’s degree at Seton Hall University. Lukang obtained an MBA from Iona College. He also earned a Master’s Certificate from George Washington University.
Lukang began his professional career in the technology sector and has accumulated more than thirty-four years of experience. He held senior roles, including Delivery Head and QA Head. His work involved large technology programs, process oversight, and team leadership. Over time, he expanded into executive coaching, advisory work, and leadership training. He became a member of several advisory boards, contributing guidance on technology strategy and leadership development.
Throughout his career, Lukang promoted servant leadership principles learned from his father. He consistently framed leadership as service rather than authority. He stated that leadership “is not defined by titles or degrees but by the ability to elevate others.” This belief shaped his approach to team building and cultural development. He focused on inclusion, ethical conduct, and measurable outcomes. He also became an advocate for mental health awareness in professional settings. In later years, he spoke publicly about ethical artificial intelligence, supporting transparency and accountability.
In 2024, Lukang published Seeds of Leadership (2024). The book presents a practical guide to leadership growth based on professional experience. It addresses leadership identity, vision communication, and team challenges. The text emphasises continuous improvement and leadership succession. The book includes reflective exercises designed for skill development. Lukang describes leadership development as a gradual process grounded in daily practice.
Lukang also co-authored The Character-Based Leader. In parallel with his writing, he launched the IWillAim podcast on YouTube. The podcast focuses on leadership, personal growth, and intentional living.
Will Lukang lives in Wyckoff, New Jersey.
