Nick Trenton

Nick Trenton is an American Nick life coach, speaker, and non-fiction author who specializes in the area of mental and emotional abundance. He has written more than 14 books in the Mental and Emotional Abundance series. Trenton's most notable work is Stop Overthinking (2021).

Nick Trenton grew up in rural Illinois and still spends most of his time in Chicago. He obtained a BS in Economics, followed by an MA in Behavioral Psychology. He likes to say that he has become a professional expert at one of his favorite hobbies: people-watching.

Most of the advice in his books focuses on how to manage emotions, overcome fear, or set and achieve goals.

In Stop Overthinking, Trenton talks about the importance of turning off your mind for good mental health. Laying awake at night, questioning and worrying about everything, leads to burnout, anxiety, and swirling thoughts. This book will help you learn how to quiet your inner monologue.
