The evidence seems overwhelming. Whether you are looking to add to your sports performance, increase energy, detoxify your liver, or simply lead a healthier life, beets are the way to go. And I recommend eating beets or supplementing with beet powder as frequently as possible. As with any book you’ve read in the past, all information goes to waste without application. Increase your beet consumption and measure the effect. If there is no change (unlikely) then move on. If there is a change, spread the good word and get this book into the hands of someone who needs it.

Now, cooking beets or eating beets raw is certainly an option. I’ve done both to great success. Of course, if you are going to eat a beet raw, I would suggest peeling it first. And, prepare yourself for a hard exterior. Think the hardest apple you’ve ever eaten. It will taste like that. Cooked variations are more palatable but obviously take more effort. Furthermore, you will need to consume at least one pound of beets daily to get adequate NO3- to induce increased performance. So keep that in mind when cooking or juicing.

I like Red Revive. It’s organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and doesn’t contain any of the shit normal supplements have like fillers, sugars, and other nasty additives and preservatives. You can check it out here: redrevive.com.
