On voice nature

The holistic view of vocal training brings a pedagogical approach from “throat focus lock” to perception of a performer as whole, i.e. perception of the same as an entire organism or as a single vocal instrument. Such approach dictated a search of logic of a singing voice development depending on corporal expressions. The analysis of theoretical and practical papers in the area of body-orientated psychology lent a helping hand in finding out direct mutual connection between vocal mistakes and bodily barriers, tensions and blocks. The book is dedicated to natural revelation of a singing voice and releasing it from fetters of tense body. The publication will be of use for vocalists and everyone, who would like mastering his/her singing. Corrector: Larissa Lupach Illustration: Yegor Kosykh Translation: Marina Smirnova
