    Fried asparagus makes great appetizers and may be used in place of French fries as well.

    Makes 4 servings.

    *16 sprigs of asparagus
    *olive oil

    This recipe calls for a tofu cream cheese, but real cream cheese can be used, keeping in mind that dairy products need to be consumed in moderation only.
