    Parcel the work so that it can be completed as a deliverable package. Not just done, but also be verifiably done. This avoids the ‘nearly there’ syndrome, by making the work more discrete and measurable so that it can be seen to be complete – or not. Similarly with your own milestones; plan your work so that it can be done, then carry it out as a defined task, with a beginning and a clear end.

    Know your weak points, but don’t try to eradicate them. Instead, play to your strengths and work around your weaker aspects. Every coin has two sides, so keep your better side up.
