Acne Treatment

Acne is the blight of hundreds of millions of people around the world, and most of those people are young and emotionally ill-equipped to deal with the embarrassment, even guilt and shame, and often bullying too, that all too often accompany an outbreak of acne.
Even worse are the facial scars that are a sad, but constant reminder of having suffered a breakout or even a more severe case of acne previously. They are intolerable because of their seeming permanence and their non-complimentary appearance.
This booklet supplies the sufferer of acne with the best possible defence against this potentially life-destroying condition, which is knowledge — the information necessary to avoid, cope with and get rid of acne.

Natural acne home remedy treatments include eating healthy food when you have acne. You should try to cleanse yourself not only from the outside but also from the inside too. It would really help if you could reduce your consumption of oily or fatty food. Eating food rich in fibre is also a natural home acne remedy, since the fibre helps clean your body of waste too.

The afflicted area should be cleansed with anti-acne soap at least three or four times a day. Make-up should be strictly avoided when suffering from acne. Make-up makes acne worse. Acne should never be squeezed as it may cause infection or / and make it worse. Squeezing your acne may also lead to permanent marks on your skin, which results in your skin looking rough. Don't let your hair touch the acne-affected area
