The method the Buddha proposed is to get in touch with the seed of mindfulness in us. We can breathe, we can walk, to generate mindfulness as a second zone of energy that will be able to take care of the first energy, the painful feeling. It’s so important for us to train ourselves in breathing mindfully and walking mindfully so we will know how to generate the energy of mindfulness and concentration.
