The Call of Cthulhu

Not sorry that I picked this one up. My body will hate me for a general lack of rest these next couple of days, but my mind is pleased. Lovecraft is brilliant and horrific. I expected a story of a monster, but instead found a mystery of the deep, of the stars and of man's ability to test the waters of madness.

So great this mystic tale can really bring chluthl to life

It's easy to see how Stephen King got his inspiration from this book in some aspects. The Call of Cthulhu, a short story by H.P. Lovecraft often published today as a novella in various formats, is a bizarre mixture of unsettling science fiction and occult intrigue.

I read it because I wanted to.
In fact I am here on this app to read it .
