After losing both of her parents in a car accident, Emma Pool moves in with her Uncle Dean in a strict society known as The Town.
Under the rule of Clyde Barry, the people of The Town fall in line, and adhere to Mr. Barry's commands, until Emma arrives and immediately begins to shake things up.
