138. Ron 'Boss' Everline, Trainer & Motivator @JustTrain

Growing up in a family of NFL players, Ron Everline — who goes by the nickname 'Boss' — dreamt of going pro himself. After trying his hardest and aiming for the end zone, he just didn’t make the cut. Instead of wallowing, Boss ran after other opportunities, breaking through new barriers. Soon, he was opening gyms in multiple cities, tackling exciting ventures, and making a name for himself as a top trainer.

These days, he’s traveling the globe (as safely as possible!) working out with top actors, athletes, and world leaders (including past and present clients like Kevin Hart, Ne-Yo, and Diddy)— making a career out of doing what he loves. For episode 138, we talk about the difficult decisions that have gotten him to this point, and he also gushes about his newest chapter as a father. Boss’ passion is invigorating, and it will motivate you to go after yours.
