A coming of age story about a young boy, Sam, who loses his family and finds a new one with a coven of witches and werewolves.
With a grounding in the early 1900's, Sam finds the characters he meets are semi-immortal incarnations of historical and legendary figures, ranging from King Arthur to John Henry.
It's also an allegory, a symbolic story for how we battle our instincts to become the best version of ourselves, and how that journey isn't alone.
