When someone is willing to do anything to the person they love in enchange for nothing. Peeta just wanted to know she's okay, she's alive and he was ready to die for her. He knew she didn't love him, but he risked his life for her. I'm sure he will do this always, even if they are not together, because Peeta is a true lover💔
