1.to what extent should we be selling this book as a children's book vs. as a general adult book? It has great appeal to both markets. It's definitely primarly an ADULT book, but I'm wondering if there's any crossover.
2. Please check BISAC & shelving categories.
3. The format is listed as a “Picture Book”. Is this wrong?
Akashic has had great success with our two Simon's Cat books, a perfect set-up for this new book.
Although David Yow's rock stardom (he's the singer of the legendary indie rock band the Jesus Lizard) isn't directly relevant to the subject matter of this book, it will help a lot with media and other promotion.
