Karen Klami is a native New Yorker. She received her MA in Theatre at Hunter College of the City of New York and has been teaching since 2004 in the Theatre Department at Castleton State College in Vermont. Karen's plays and screenplays have won several awards from around the country, and many have been produced in the New York City area, as well as in Vermont. She presently lives upstate New York with her handsome and intelligent husband, Leslie, her loving mother, Janet, and her spunky golden retriever, Logan.
